  • ½ cup freshly chopped dill
  • ½ cup freshly chopped chives
  • ½ cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 packages softened cream cheese 6 ounce
  • Fresh baby carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Ripe olives
  • Sliced bell pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Celery sticks

How to Make It

Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature by placing it out onto the countertop about 20 minutes before preparation time.
